- The problem isn't with 14.4 Rockwell's in general- the problem is with RPI
- (Rockwell Protocol Interface) modems. These modems do not have hardware error
- correction and data compression built in- they need seperate software. Now
- with WinRPI (a driver that works with all Win 3.1 comm programs) things are
- better for Win3.1 users- but a WIN95 version has yet to be released.
